Making your claim

Drafting your claim form and particulars of claim to include calculating the amounts to be recovered including interest and damages.

Service of documents

Russell Evans Rahaman will serve all required documents on your opponent for you. In some circumstances we will accept service of documents to be served on you.

Strength of your claim

The strength and merits of your claim will be continually reviewed after having reviewed any defence and we will advise you accordingly.

Offers to settle

Where relevant we will advise you on the benefits of making an offer to settle the claim if we believe it is in your best interests.

Litigation to trial

Russell Evans Rahaman will deal with the litigious correspondence and procedure on your behalf and fight your corner all the way to trial.
